Medical Advisory Board: GDUSA in-house Winner
The Advisory Board events required a full suite of deliverables. On average, we tackled 2-6 annual Advisory Board events each year, and they all required individual specs revolving around the city and company division it was held for (i.e. Physicians, Hospitals, Recruiters, Pharma, etc). The deliverables included a quick turnaround of both digital and print materials: landing page, email invite, social media posts, presentations for both Doximity leads and attendee reviews, group signage, dinner table and seating signage, dinner menus, directional signage, office and city maps, attendee profile booklet, agenda booklet, name tags, attendee swag and packaging, thank you email and event summary document.
