Advisory board annual summits
Every year, Doximity hosts several Advisory Boards for the healthcare and tech leaders in their respective sector under the company umbrella.
From the Medical Advisory Board (doctors), Hospital, Pharma, Telehealth, Recruiter Advisory Boards and more. Each event required: email invite, landing page, agenda booklets (digital and print), several presentation decks, attendee name-tags, signage, dinner event materials, menus, swag, summary emails.

Doximity has incredible data that provides so much information on medical trends (whether it be for careers, peer networking, pharma, recruitment, latest studies and more).
What better way to visually put it together and share with the app membership and on social media platforms to create discussions between healthcare professionals?
Over the years, I worked on hundreds of campaigns - big and small - along with the marketing, data and sales teams to create pieces that were designed for blogs, emails, banner ads, social media and more.

The Doximity platform provides healthcare professionals with a vast range of features. Between the rolodex, Newsfeed, HIPAA-Compliant fax/messaging, Careers, Dialer, CME opportunities and more, we were always creating guides and ‘How-To’ one-sheets to share with our users to ensure they’re able to make the most of each latest feature and update. These were shared both digitally and occasionally via conference collateral.
Yearly, Doximity would release comprehensive reports highlighting the past years’ medical and compensation trends across the industry. These reports were built for both digital and print.

From a scrappy start-up in San Mateo to a rapidly growing, talented team in the heart of San Francisco, Doximity became a giant product in the med tech space with over 80% of all U.S. healthcare professionals on it’s network.
After 10 years developing and maintaining the brand, it was an awesome experience as the Art Director working closely with the Creative Director and lead team on materials with that were brought to the NYSE and beyond for the IPO in 2021. This included: roadshow presentations, billboards, banner ads, email imagery, app mock-ups, NYSE screen displays and the S-1 publication.
